Mummy flounced off to London for an overnight stay recently, leaving Dad and daughter to fend for themselves for a whole day and a half. Naturally, with the whole of Bolton ours for the taking, we headed straight for the library. Reading matter selected upstairs, we headed downstairs to goggle at the array of weird creatures in the aquarium (insert own gag about 'and look at the fish as well'). It being a Saturday morning and this being a wonderful amenity available free of charge to the good people of Bolton...there wasn't a soul there apart from us. Luckily this gave Olivia ample opportunity to pose for snaps with Dad's new phone.
