Terrible Two's update: Most of the time Olivia is a spectacularly good-natured and humorous soul who enjoys nothing better than playing hide and seek - which involves her simply putting her hands over her eyes and assuming it renders her invisible - and singing virtually word perfect renditions of 'He goes by the name of Wayne Rooney'. Like I said, most of the time.

And then there are moments when her body plays host to the most malevolent of beings and rage throbs from every pore. During such moments our job is to stay calm and ensure that she does not see these flights of temper as the shortcut to getting her own way. Though stressful we usually manage this.

But then there are moments when you find yourself getting ground down and you yield to Olivia's wishes, however preposterous and unreasonable they may be. Hence the reason that if you look closely at this picture you will notice that she is wearing some jogging trousers that stretch the term half-mast to breaking point, an old pyjama top, and a swimming costume - naturally worn over the coullotes/joggers. What can I say? She got me at a moment of weakness.
