Anyone remember those plasticy, very kitschy coke cans that were popular a couple of years back? The ones where you clapped your hands and the can started to go into some sort of jerky, spasmodic fit that was supposed to be dancing? Well, this week we discovered that Olivia has a similar facility. All you need to do to activate it is say the word 'Dance!' and she does just that, wobbling her head and grinning for all the world like a junior version of Bez!

We are bemused as to how she has so quickly worked out the meaning of the word, clearly it was hard-wired into her brain from birth. Certain snatches of music will also see her burst into a little jig, and much as I'd like to say she is already showing a fondness for more left-field tunes, i have to admit that nothing gets her moving quite like the music on the Sky TV Guide page. Perhaps its to feed her craving for this tune that she covets the remote quite as fiercely as she does!
